What services do you offer?

We offer a variety of services for those needing assistance including participation in physician appointments, overseeing in-home care (we are not a caregiver agency and we cannot provide caregiver services), participating in pre and post surgical care needs, medication management, long term life care planning, home safety assessments, aging in place, planning for next steps when remaining at home becomes a burden, improving optimal outcomes, etc. Our services are customized to meet your specific needs.

How are your services paid?

Following the start of care retainer, we bill the responsible party following the end of each month.

Do you assist veterans with enrollment and benefits?

Accepted Answer

We are happy to assist our veterans in enrolling at our local VA Clinic. We have experience working with the Veteran Service Officers and understand the need of gathering the required documentation needed for filing benefits. We are NOT employed by the Veterans Administration, but we can assist in the process of helping the veteran navigate the system.

Are your care managers and advocates trained to work with senior citizens?

Our care managers are skilled and have backgrounds that enable them to provide compassionate and knowledgeable services. We prioritize safety, respect, and kindness in all of our services.

Do you assist with Medicaid applications?

Accepted Answer

We are not Medicaid specialists, though we are happy to help you understand the options you have regarding your unique situation and will refer you to people who are experts in this area. We do not file for Medicaid applications.

Question 7

Are you open nights, weekends and holidays?

Accepted Answer

We are open Monday through Fridays. While we do not have office hours in the evening, weekends or holidays, we do recognize emergencies occur. While we cannot guarantee physical coverage, we will do our best to have a nurse or care manager available for clients needing emergency room care in after hours, or being available to fax information to the Emergency Room, stay in contact with the medical staff, client and family members through and including follow up care. We kindly request that non-emergency calls wait for the next business day. Emails may be sent, but responses will be made on the next business day.

If we are not ready for services, will you do consultations?

Accepted Answer

We are able to do consultations via phone, zoom or in person. We also offer packages priced for convenience in 30 minute increments up to 5 hours per month. Consultations must be scheduled to ensure you receive the full attention you deserve. Consultation services must be paid prior to the consultation.

Question 9

Do you accept private insurance?

Accepted Answer

We are private pay and not covered by insurance, unless a long term care policy designates that our services are a part of the benefits.
